Watching your family grow is absolutely one of the biggest honors there is to being a photographer.
Karissa and Jeff welcomed their first son, Theo in March and we got together to at a beautiful Audubon in Connecticut to capture those newborn snuggles and the first professional shots of their family.
It is always such an honor to photograph friends in different parts of their lives. Especially when it is their first baby and it is a maternity session!

Audrey + her family were such a pleasure to photograph and get to talk to! Shooting during March can be hit or miss with the weather. Sometimes we can have a random fake spring day and others it can be like the day we met up. Having the garden to work in is such a blessing to go to!

It was a gorgeous 50 degree day (in February!!) for Kim’s family maternity session.
The golden sun and gorgeous tones really made this session pop. Kim and her family were troopers walking through the mud to get to various spots at the dunes and it was so worth the muddy shoes!
It goes without saying but little Solana is absolutely the cutest pumpkin in the patch!
